# Bench acceptance — not executed

This file is a test specification for a later component-level prototype. The download contains no hardware or commissioned recorder system.

1. Replace the reference load profile with measured recorder input power during normal logging, storage writes and orderly shutdown. Record instrument, bandwidth, sample interval, operating state and uncertainty.
2. Select and review all protection, reverse-blocking, balancing and converter parts against their actual datasheets. Verify stored-energy discharge and isolation procedures before connecting a bank. Do not use the functional diagram as a wiring drawing.
3. Use a protected, current-limited low-voltage bench supply and a rated electronic load. Check cell voltage balance, charge current, recharge time and temperature rise. Verify the component limits before proceeding.
4. Sweep input loss timing and initial storage voltage with the load profile. Record the lowest recorder voltage, transfer interval, bank voltage, input current, shutdown indication and duration. Acceptance for this reference: output remains at least 21.6 V for 125 s, including the 12 W / 2 s peak.
5. Measure reverse current into a deenergized source with an appropriate instrument. Set the acceptance threshold from the selected source, protection parts and application requirements. The ideal isolation assumption in the model supplies no measured threshold.
6. Repeat at qualified minimum temperature, maximum ESR and minimum capacitance. Confirm real converter efficiency and current limiting over the operating envelope. Replace the model assumptions with these results.
7. Interrupt power during repeated recorder writes, then inspect sequence continuity and files after restart. Electrical hold-up alone does not demonstrate durable data or clean shutdown. Keep pass/fail evidence separately from this unexecuted checklist.
